PUBLIC NOTICE

Sealed bids will be received by the Village of Lockbourne, Ohio as provided in this
notice for the Lockbourne Memorial Wall Project.

Electronic copies of the Contract Documents are on file and available by contacting
Matthew Leasure at matt@designinglocal.com & Jaime Schmotzer at
jaime@designinglocal.com. Questions may be directed to Matt Leasure and Jaime
Schmotzer.

Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to Village of Lockbourne, Ohio,
ATTN: Mayor Christie Ward, 85 Commerce Street, Ohio 43137, and plainly marked on
the outside “Lockbourne Memorial Wall Project Bid.”

Bids will be received until 3:00 p.m., local time, Friday, March 13, 2026.

A pre-bid conference will be held on Thursday, February 26, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at
the Village Historical Hall, 206 Vause Street, Lockbourne, OH 43137. A virtual meeting
link is available upon request by contacting Jaime Schmotzer at
jaime@designinglocal.com.

All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders.
Prevailing wage rates apply. No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the
opening; the Village Council reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all
bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility.
